Founder and CEO of Effect Software, Christophe Ingelaere carries a software vision nourished by early passion for computing, development, ergonomics and business application design.
From field to design
Experience forged on critical systems
His path was first built in IT services and custom projects, taking early responsibility for critical systems, national applications and large-scale deployments.
This period allowed him to approach software from the field angle: understand real needs, analyze processes, design reliable solutions, maintain quality over time and support many users in demanding environments.
A transverse vision
From architecture to value of use
Over this journey, he developed rare understanding of the complete software chain: from technical design to product vision, from execution quality to usage analysis, from application architecture to organization support.
He then strengthened this experience at a software publisher, taking responsibility for studies and development of a strategic application used by major market players. This stage solidified his software publishing vision: a product must be robust, maintainable, coherent in its architecture and capable of evolving without losing quality.
Transmission
Teaching good software engineering practices
In parallel with his professional career, he also transmitted software engineering good practices, architecture, modeling and development for many years to higher education in computing.
